Deccan Cements AGM declares Rs.2.5 dividend

Deccan Cements Ltd has announced that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Rs 2.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2006.
