Falcon Tyres declares 25% dividend

Falcon Tyres Ltd has announced that the members at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 2.50 per equity share for the financial year 2005-06.
