Burnpur Cement approves conversion of 10415000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Burnpur Cement Ltd at its meeting held on May 14, 2014, has passed and approved the conversion of 10415000 warrants into equity shares.

The Board approved the appointment of J.C. Bhutani as an additional director.
