HPC Biosciences Board approves Right Issue of equity shares

The Board of Directors of HPC Biosciences Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2014 has decided to raise the funds through issue of Equity Shares on Right Basis and considered and approved the Right Issue in the ratio of 1 (one) Equity Shares for 2 (two) Equity Shares held by the existing Shareholders of the Company.
