Fervent Synergies approves issue of 50 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Fervent Synergies Ltd at its meeting held on April 28, 2014, has considered and approved the issue of 50,00,000 Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 2/- per share subject to approval by Members at the Annual General Meeting and such other authorities as may required.
