Madhya Pradesh Glychem Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 09, 2006, it has received fresh certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra wherein the name of the Company is changed from "Madhya Pradesh Glychem Industries Ltd" to "Anik Industries Ltd" w.e.f. September 08, 2006.
