GTL Infrastructure allots 1855418 Equity Shares upon conversion of FCCBs

The Committee of GTL Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held on April 10, 2014 has considered and allotted 1,855,418 equity shares consequent upon conversion of 342 FCCBs of US$ 1,000 each (Conversion A Bonds) at a conversion price of Rs. 10 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated October 17, 2012 for issue of US$ 111,740,000 Zero Coupon Compulsorily Convertible Bonds due 2017 (Series A Bonds).

Shares of GTL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.73. The total number of shares traded during the day was 709263 in over 364 trades.
