MCX drops preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd at its meeting held on April 09, 2014, decided, for the time being, not to go ahead with the preferential allotment of shares.

Shares of MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.532 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 512.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 393943 in over 18348 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 537.8 and intraday low of 513.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 207409593.
