Suryalata Spinning AGM approves Rs.2 dividend

Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 08, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at Rs 2 for each equity shares, declaration of Dividend on cumulative redeemable preference shares, creation of mortgage / charge on the properties of the Company, increase of borrowing powers from Rs 75 crores to Rs 200 crores.
