Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has allotted 30,00,000 (Thirty Lacs) Equity warrants on a preferential Basis to promoters Group after receiving the application amount on 29.03.2014 from the allottees.

Mr. Gaurav Goel - Promoter has been allotted 7,50,000 warrants, Mr. Gautam Goel - Promoter has been allotted 7,50,000 warrants and Saraswati Properties Limited has been allotted 15 lakh warrants.
