KIC Metaliks allots 45,00,000 NCRPS

The Board of Directors of KIC Metaliks Ltd at its meeting held on March 31, 2014 has allotted 45,00,000 (Forty five lacs) 7% Non- cumulative Redeemable Preference shares of Rs. 10/- each at par to non-promoter investors.
