Kojam Fininvest equity shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation

Kojam Fininvest Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company at their Court Convened Meeting held on June 04, 2007, have unanimously approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of the Company with Gujarat Glass Ltd.
