Readymade Steel India allots 6 lakh shares to BEC Infra Pvt. Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Readymade Steel India Ltd at its meeting held on March 28, 2014, have allotted 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at the price of Rs. 200/- per share fully paid to the Investor who is Non Promoter namely M/s. BEC Infra Pvt. Ltd. on a preferential basis, on conversion of outstanding loan and advances received against the goods into Equity shares.

Shares of READYMADE STEEL INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.209.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 207.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13530 in over 77 trades.
