IFCI raises Rs. 310 crore

The book building of IFCI Ltd's tax free, secured, redeemable, non-convertible bonds opened on March 27, 2014 for an issue of Rs. 215 crore with green shoe option upto Rs. 215 crore.
The Book Building closed on March 28, 2014, as the issue was fully subscribed with aggregate bids for Rs. 310 crore including green shoe option of Rs. 95 crore.

Shares of IFCI LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.27.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2801913 in over 7752 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.35 and intraday low of 25.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74971106.
