Cellulose & Chemicals Board approves Stock Split

Cellulose & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 11, 2006, inter alia has approved Subdivision of the existing One Equity Share of Rs 10/- in to Ten Equity Shares of Rs 1/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders.
