DSP Merrill Lynch Top 100 Equity Fund declares 50% dividend

DSP Merrill Lynch Trustee Company Pvt Ltd the Trustee to DSP Merrill Lynch Mutual Fund, has vide resolution dated June 10, 2007 declared a dividend of Rs.5 per unit (50%) on a face value of Rs.10 per unit under the Dividend Option of DSP Merrill Lynch Top 100 Equity Fund, an open-ended growth scheme.

The Record Date for dividend is June 15, 2007. The NAV of the scheme as on June 8, 2007 was Rs.24.756.

The distribution of the above dividend is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus. Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the Dividend Option of the scheme would fall to the extent of payout, and statutory levy if any.

All Unit Holders in the Dividend Option of the scheme, whose names appear in the records of the Registrar, Computer Age Management Services Pvt Ltd as on June 15, 2007 will be entitled to receive the dividend.
