SREI Infrastructure Board to consider Dividend

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 & to consider recommendation of dividend, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
