SPBL equity shareholders, preference shareholders & creditors approves Scheme of Amalgamation with Sangam India

SPBL Ltd has announced that the Preference shareholders, Equity shareholders and Secured/Unsecured Creditors of the Company at their separate Court Convened meetings held on September 09, 2006, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Sangam India Ltd.
