Jasch Industries to execute Technical Collaboration Agreement with Duksung Company, Korea

Jasch Industries Ltd has announced that the Company is in the process of executing a Technical Collaboration Agreement with Duksung Company Ltd, Korea for manufacture of PU Resin and PU coated Technical Textiles. Draft of this Agreement will be placed before the Board at its meeting to be held on September 15, 2006 for approval.

Under this Agreement, Duksung will provide latest technical know how including new techniques developed in its plants in South Korea for a period three years.
