PSL Board to recommend final dividend

PSL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2007, to take on record the Audited financial results for the full financial year ended on March 31, 2007 and also to consider recommending payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07.
