Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Board approves stock split

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2007, has approved the sub-division of the equity shares of the Company from Rs 2/- per share to Re 1/- per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of Postal Ballot.
