Sangam India equity shareholders and creditors approve Scheme of Amalgamation of SPBL

Sangam India Ltd has announced that the Equity Shareholders and Secured/Unsecured Creditors of the Company at their meeting held on September 10, 2006, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of SPBL Ltd with the Company.
