Jaihind Projects to issue 28,69,192 Equity Shares on preferential basis to the Promoters

The Board of Directors of Jaihind Projects Ltd at its meeting held on March 10, 2014, approved the proposal to issue up to 28,69,192 Equity Shares on preferential basis to the Promoters in one or more tranches at a price of Rs. 15/- per share as per requirement of the CDR Scheme.
