Bharti Infratel - Reliance Jio signs MSA for tower sharing - Kotak

As an extension of the comprehensive infra-sharing agreement with Bharti Airtel announced a few months ago, Reliance Jio signed an MSA to utilize Bharti Infratel's pan-India tower infrastructure for rolling out its services. As per the agreement, pricing will be based on prevailing market rates. The deal provides immediate incremental tenancy opportunities for Bharti Infratel and contributes Rs. 23/share to our unchanged SOTP-based fair value of Rs. 200/share. ADD.
