Rishi Laser Board to consider issue of securities

Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 13, 2007, inter alia, for considering the issue of Equity Shares / convertible warrants on preferential allotment basis and for considering changing the name of the Company.
