              UL DQS India added one more feather in its cap with the presentation of ISO/TS 16949 Certificate to Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Chennai and partnering with them in their pursuit for Quality and Excellence. The journey started a few months back with the certification audit and Daimler showed their utmost commitment throughout the process and were recommended for the award of the certificate upon successful completion of the audit.
The ISO/TS16949 is an international standard aiming to the development of a quality management system that provides framework for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the Automotive Industry.
On the occasion Dr. Murugan, Managing Director and CEO of UL DQS India congratulated the Daimler team on the achievement and while wishing them luck in their future endeavours, he looked forward to a wonderful working relationship between UL DQS and the DICV team in more such initiatives moving forward.
