Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd at its meeting held on February 24, 2014 considered and approved the fund raising proposal which was deferred for decision at the meeting held on February 07, 2014.

The Board approved proposal to increase the authorized capital of the Company from Rs. 6,00,00,000 to Rs. 8,50,00,000 (rupees eight crores fifty lacs) and to issue on preferential basis 26,00,000 (twenty six lacs) warrants which are convertible into equity shares, as per SEBI ICDR 2009.

The Board approved proposal to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the Company to seek their approval for the above.

Shares of PRO FIN CAPITAL SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.107 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 106. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11191 in over 78 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 109 and intraday low of 104. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1189115.
