Indo Asian Board to consider dividend

Indo Asian Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007 to consider the audited accounts for the Half year and year-ended March 31, 2007 and recommend dividend if any, to the shareholders.
