Government to sell Scindia Steam Navigation's property to recover liabilites

Scindia Steam Navigation Company Ltd has announced that all properties of the Company are mortgaged to Government of India as security towards the Company's outstanding liability to Government of India.
Further the Company has informed that, the Government of India as the Mortgagee will be selling the Flat. Flat No 6 in Lakshmi Mahal Co-operative Housing Society, Bomanji Petit Road, Mumbai by tender cum auction shortly.
The stock was trading at Rs.3.90, down by Rs.0.15 or 3.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.25 and low of Rs.3.90. The total traded quantity was 150 compared to 2 week average of 519.
