Ansal Properties launches New Project at Agra

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Company has launched an Integrated Township at Agra, (U.P.), strategically located near the Delhi - Agra Highway, on the Ring Road, Agra. The Township will be spread in excess of 460 acres of land and is named as "Sushant Taj City".

Being an integrated Township, Sushant Taj City will have in-house amenities like Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Clubs, Hotels, and Multiplexes. It will also have a Shopping Mall, the "Ansal Plaza", a prime and a well known name throughout the Country. In addition to the environment friendly landscapes and earthquake resistant structures, the Township will have 24-hours water supply and 100 percent power backup with state-of-art fire-fighting systems.

Sushant Taj City has been approved under the National Housing Policy by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh. The Company, adjudged as best suited to develop integrated township in Agra, has been registered by Agra Development Authority.

The Company shall undertake all the development and marketing work of the Project.

The Project is expected to have a turnover of approximately Rs 2,000 crore in next 7-8 years.
