IFC to acquire 5.84% stake in Lanco Infratech subsidiary

Lanco Infratech Ltd has announced that International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of World Bank Group, has signed an agreement to subscribe to an Equity Stake of 5.84 percent amounting to US$ 8 Million in Lanco Amarkantak Power Pvt Ltd, a Subsidiary of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.171.35, down by Rs.3.95 or 2.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.177.50 and low of Rs.167.25. The total traded quantity was 313529 compared to 2 week average of 418597.
