HOEC Rights Issue open, to issue shares at Rs.76

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has announced about the schedule for issue of 19,581,645 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 66 per equity share aggregating an amount Rs 1488.21 million to the equity shareholders on Rights Basis in the ration of One equity share for every Three equity shares held on the Book Closure Date i.e. August 25, 2006.

Issue Opens on: September 07, 2006.

Last Date for Receiving Request for Split Application Form: September 22, 2006.

Issue Closes on: October 06, 2006.

The Issue Price is 7.6 times of the Face Value of the Equity Share.
