Lakshmi Electrical Board recommends 50% dividend

Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 5/- per Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
