Siyaram Silk Board recommends 50% dividend

Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 50% i.e. Rs 5 per equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
