Madras Aluminium declares 80% dividend

Madras Aluminium Company Ltd has announced that members at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 08, 2006, inter alia, have passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, including declaration of Dividend at 80% on the equity shares of the Company for the year 2005-06.
