Diamond Cables to allot shares on conversion of Debentures to Clearwater Capital

Diamond Cables Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007, have discussed and approved a request from Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) Ltd for conversion of balance 12,50,000 Fully Convertible Debentures (FCDs) into Equity Shares and allotment thereof.

The stock was trading at Rs.157, up by Rs.4.50 or 2.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.158 and low of Rs.151. The total traded quantity was 14973 compared to 2 week average of 18379.
