KSE declares 125% dividend

KSE Ltd has announced that the members at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend for the year 2005-06 at the rate of Rs 12.50 per equity share, on the paid up equity share of Rs 10 each.
