Polywood on Expansion Spree

One of the largest manufacturers and retailers of PVC and uPVC products for institutional, commercial and residential applications, Dhabriya Agglomerates today announced to increase its pan India reach by launching more application centers. It eyes to have 20 application centers in India by the end of 2015. Currently operating at 7 application centers at various locations, it aims to launch 13 more with an approximate investment of Rs. 100 crores under Polywood brand.

Started with two PVC profile extrusion lines in 1992, Polywood used to fabricate PVC Doors, but gradually it has developed a wide range of PVC Sections with various designs to suit the complete fabrication requirement of Doors, Windows, Partitions, False Ceilings, Wall Paneling, Pelmet, Kitchen Cabinets & other interior applications.

Mr. Digvijay Dhabriya, Managing Director of Dhabriya Agglomerates Pvt. Ltd says, "Our mission is to safeguard nature by saving trees on the earth and provide the best quality products that are mainly wood substitutes. We are looking to capture 25% Indian market share and to achieve the same we are expanding our network of application centers pan India. Our application centers would be the growth engine of our company where we provide customization options of any products with demonstrations."

In the year 2003, looking at the opportunities into designer furniture market, Dhabriya group diversified and launched its retail brand, Dynasty installed a facility at Rajasthan for manufacturing of Modular Kitchen made out of wood substitute i.e. agricultural waste. Under this retail brand, company merchandises various products like modular kitchen, executive tables, storage, work stations, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, computer tables etc.

Including its production facility at Jaipur - Rajasthan and Coimbatore - Tamil Nadu, Polywood has its application centers in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai and Cochin. Very soon in coming January, company is slated to launch three more applications centers in Siligudi, Katak and Guahati. Company is looking forward to launch more application centers in by 2015 year end.

He further added, "My father was an avid environmentalist and taking his mission forward, we have started doing regular research on minimizing use of wood in furniture applications. Under Dynasty brand we provide complete range of institutional, commercial and residential furniture made out of agricultural waste. This is the ultimate substitute of wood and now-a-days these products are becoming more popular because of its customization nature. We have tied-up with many builder groups and have installed these products nationally."

The brand name Polywood is associated with eco-friendly products with a mission of 'Save Trees' since last twenty years. During last five years company has saved nearly 35 lacs numbers of trees. Categorically, Polywood branded uPVC and PVCis the ultimate alternative to wood, aluminum & steel.
