Himalya International cancels proposal to allot 1.25 million warrants to Trydin America LDC, USA

The shareholders of Himalya International Ltd has approved the resolution for issue of 1.25 million warrants to Trydin America LDC, USA.

However the Company have cancelled the above proposal as Trydin has not submitted all details as required due to its internal policy.

Shares of Himalya International Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.8.85, down by Rs.0.02 or 0.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.04 and intraday low of Rs.8.74.

The total traded quantity was 9252 shares as compared to 2 week average of 0.29 lakh shares.
