Shakti Pumps to consider preferential issue of warrants on Dec 11, 2013

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shakti Pumps India Ltd will be held on December 11, 2013, to consider the issue of preferential warrants.

The Board will consider proposal to appoint Ms. Pooja Mahajan as Nominee Director of the Company and to accept resignation of Ms. Poonam Garg as Nominee Director of the Company.

Shares of Shakti Pumps India Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.76.20, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.78.35 and intraday low of Rs.73.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.20 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 1.43 lakh shares.
