Archies Board to consider allotment of shares and warrants

Archies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 02, 2007, for the allotment of 2,50,000 equity shares and 10,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares on preferential basis.
