100% dividend declared by Principal Personal Taxsaver Fund

The open ended fund Principal Personal Taxsaver has declared a tax-free dividend of 100%. The record date for dividend eligibility is March 14, 2006. The scheme has given 46.62% returns in the past 1 year and 54.88% returns in the past 3 years.

The NAV of the scheme was Rs.113.7 on March 3, 2006. The scheme is eligible for tax rebate under Section 80C of income tax act. The scheme had declared a dividend of 400% in November 2005.
