Kalpataru Power to allot Equity Shares at Rs.727

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has announced that the Executive Committee of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2006 has decided to issue and allot 4,777,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 717.00 per equity share under Chapter XIII - A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
