Panasonic Battery Board recommends Rs.1.50 dividend

Panasonic Battery India Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Rs 1.50 per share for the year 2006-07.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 29, 2007 to July 12, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend.

The stock was trading at Rs.65, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.25 and low of Rs.64. The total traded quantity was 1980 compared to 2 week average of 1006.
