Epikurean Partners with Scapes Realty India Pvt Ltd To launch Boutique Resorts in India

Epi[K]urean Hotels & Lifestyle has announced its partnership with Scapes Realty Pvt Ltd India to add to its collection of Small Luxury Boutique hotels in India, starting with Epi[K]urean Villas in Goa. Located in the West of India and by the Arabian Sea, this exclusive private villas resort will open in November 2014 with the launch of 14 brand new deluxe villas, poised to be the best luxury villas in Goa.

Sameer Mutreja, Director of Scapes Realty says he's building Villotels, meaning refined villas, which are operated and managed like hotels. He was searching in India for holidays which did not provide "old school" service or a stiff corporate atmosphere, but without compromising quality, design and standards. "I'm creating Villotels in beautiful locations across India, surrounded by nature, and which give me a great return on my investment. I'm really just living the dream."

According to Christine Gerlier, Group Chief Executive Officer, Epi[K]urean Hotels & Lifestyle, " My last week here I have experienced so many emotions. This country has so much to offer aside from the incredible sights, sounds and food. It also has beautiful and relaxing coastal and mountainous landscape. There are many hidden treasure nature locations which have the potential to be developed. Our first project will be in Goa, where we are offering the first full service luxury villas with personalized butler service, Chef on Demand and Villas that are fitted-out which cater to ones individualized needs."

Epi[K]urean's goal is to implement it's best practices and standards to transform the existing space into a hideaway heaven that restores each guest's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual alignment.
