Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-2007.
