BOC India - Linde AG Acquires BOC Group

BOC India Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Arrangement under which Linde AG. Germany acquires the ownership of The BOC Group plc. U.K., the holding Company of the Company has been sanctioned by the Court in the U.K., and has become effective.

The BOC Group Plc. U.K., continues to hold 54.8% of the paid up share capital of the Company.
