Maharashtra Seamless Board declares 30% interim dividend

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2006, inter alia, has declared an interim Dividend @ 30% i.e. Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 5/- each for the financial year 2006-07.
