Punjab Chemicals AGM approves 40% dividend

Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has announced that members at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 07, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of 40%, i.e. Rs. 4 per Equity share.
