Markets ended yet another volatile session of trade on a flattish note as we move closer to the F&O expiry this week. While Nifty ended at 5892.45, virtually unchanged from the previous day's close, Sensex gained just 19.25 points or 0.10 % to draw curtains at 19920.21. Sectoral indices were almost equally divided between gainers and losers.
The biggest gainer was the Auto Index, followed by the Capital Goods & Power indices. The biggest loser was the Metals space, followed by PSU and Teck indices.
